Because MocksyCart charges ₹0 and sends no physical item, there is ordinarily nothing to return and no money to refund.
Simulated orders
You may cancel eligible simulated orders where that control is available. Cancellation only changes the fictional order record.
Real partner links
Some clearly marked affiliate products may send you to another merchant. Purchases made there are governed by that merchant's payment, shipping, return and refund policies.
Problems
If an order or cart behaves incorrectly, contact support with the relevant order ID so we can fix the experience.
